You can submit your reimbursement claims online, by mail or fax. Depending on your plan, you may also have the option to order an Emeriti Rx Debit Card for use at most pharmacies in your community and around the country.

Reimbursements are processed for a wide range of expenses based on IRC Section 213(d) medical expense guidelines.*
*If you're using funds from the Grantor Trust, reimbursements can only be processed for fully insured insurance premiums.
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Your first steps toward getting reimbursed
Before you submit a claim, you must move assets into the TIAA-CREF Money Market Mutual Fund. This is an important first step – and is necessary before you can get reimbursed for qualified medical expenses.
