The new MyEmeritiHealth Portal is live!
Get easy online access to your account and investment information, and manage claims seamlessly — all in one place.
More convenience. More access. More control.
You get it all with our new partnership with OneBridge Benefits – a leader in modern health benefits.
Emeriti has partnered with OneBridge to make things easier for you, your employees, and retirees. This new partnership will see OneBridge assume the recordkeeping and claims management of the Emeriti program.
Starting on December 27, 2024…
YOU will have access to experienced support and intuitive software that will help you better administer the plan and provide an easier way to process reports.
YOUR EMPLOYEES will get a new website where they can manage their account, a new debit card and an updated app. Plus, they’ll no longer need to keep a balance in a money market account, meaning their entire account balance will stay invested AND they’ll have full access to their funds whenever they need them!
And remember… everyone will still receive triple tax-free savings and the same white glove service!
The transition is complete! Log in to your account and explore all the new benefits waiting for you.
The date for the transition will be December 27, 2024.
No. You will have to discontinue your recurring premium reimbursements and then register for a new “Automatic Premium Reimbursement” with OneBridge. Instructions on how to do this will come out in December.
Yes, following the transition to OneBridge, you may direct your employees to the same Emeriti toll-free number 1-866-EMERTI (1-866-363-7484) for any questions they may have. Following the transition, OneBridge Benefits will handle all customer services calls that were previously handled by two different vendors (TIAA and CBIZ).
Following the blackout period (November 22 – December 27), everyone will have access to their new account on December 27, 2024.
You can designate the new trust provider, Alta Trust, as a 3(38)-investment fiduciary for your plan or create a custom menu from any asset manager on the Schwab platform. This might include using your current funds, although we suggest you consider the lowest-cost share class available. Please note that if lineup changes are not confirmed by October 1, we can only implement them after completing the transition (early 2025).
