The full name of Emeriti Retirement Health Solutions is The Emeriti Consortium for Retirement Health Solutions, an Illinois Nonprofit Corporation. Emeriti Retirement Health Solutions is not an insurance company, insurance broker or insurance provider.
The Emerti Program is delivered in collaberation with TIAA, CBIZ Savitz, Aetna Life Insurance Company, and Health Partners.CBIZ Savitz is Emeriti’s disbursement record keeper for Emeriti group insurance administration and Emeriti medical expense reimbursement processing. CBIZ Savitz is a Philadelphia company with more than forty years of experience in full-service benefits services supporting employees and retirees in organizations nationwide.
Aetna Life Insurance Company is the primary health insurer for the Emeriti Program, providing fully insured medical insurance and health-related products. For over 150 years, Aetna has been an innovator in the delivery of insurance solutions and is a nationwide provider of Medicare-approved Part D prescription drug services.
For Minnesota institutions and their Minnesota-resident retirees, HealthPartners provides participants with medical insurance and health-related products. HealthPartners is the largest consumer-governed nonprofit health care organization in the nation.
Collecting and Using Personal Information
Welcome to Emeriti Retirement Health Solution’s website.  We appreciate your interest in us. When you visit and navigate our site and when you communicate with us via our site, we will not collect personal information about you unless you provide us that information voluntarily. Any non-public personal information that you may provide via our site will be used solely for the purpose stated on the page where it is collected.
Emeriti will not sell, license, transmit or disclose this information outside of Emeriti and its affiliated companies unless (a) expressly authorized by you, (b) necessary to enable Emeriti contractors or agents to perform certain functions for us, or (c) required or permitted by law. In all cases, we will disclose the information consistent with applicable laws and regulations and we will require the recipient to protect the information and use it only for the purpose it was provided.
Your account information resides on TIAA’s secure website, and Aetna claims information resides on Aetna’s secure website, Navigator®, and that they are responsible for the privacy and security of that information.

Other Information; “Cookies” and “Tags”
You should also be aware that when you visit our websites, we collect certain information that does not identify you personally, but provides us with “usage data,” such as the number of visitors we receive or what pages are visited most often. This data helps us to analyze and improve the usefulness of the information we provide at these websites.
Like most commercial website owners, we may use what is known as “cookie” technology. A “cookie” is an element of data that a website can send to your browser when you link to that website. It is not a computer program and has no ability to read data residing on your computer or instruct it to perform any step or function. Emeriti may change this Statement from time to time; when updates are made, the Privacy Policy version date (located at the bottom of this Policy) will also be updated to reflect that a revision occurred.
